Add missing translations for State of HTML survey
Fix other related to State of HTML translations
Fix some common translations

I'm I need to do some file renamings, so I'm merging this first to avoid any conflicts. Hope that's ok!

@SachaG, okay, but please do not do this next time because this was a draft PR with only half of the translations and potential mistakes. In case of future conflicts, I can and will resolve them myself.
