3 years ago I was thinking same thing, but if Dex can open the source, I think it's possible since it's just need some tweak.
Some part such Terminal, Backpack, Bank, etc is already being made to mobile, I think it's need to linking some part like inside and outside. some thing such Bank need to fixing since it show nothing about deposit, just withdraw on there.
In textbased mode (personally I prefer textbased mode better, so I use it instead of Cyberpunk) there is no way to access the Konchiwa lottery-like game or the Daily Rewards. So I have to keep switching between the 2 modes. Could there be an option that allows the user to access the All Apps?
