Can’t log on #23

Hi. I’ve just downloaded your app to homey pro. I’ve added the ip address but my credentials are not accepted even though they are right.

Any ideas?

Just wondering if it is because I have 2FA on my account??

I’ve disabled 2fa and it still will not let me log on with my Tesla credentials.

Try:

Email address = Your registered Tesla Account email

Password = This is not your registered Tesla Account password but the last 5 characters from the sticker inside the Tesla Gateway box
