This pull request contains a number of jupyter notebooks and python functions meant to implement the IA-NLA in our simulations.
The IA infusion model is defined in this python code , the IA_prototype computes the tidal field quantities s11, s22 and s12 , reweiths the relative ellipticities with the IA parameters (A_IA and C2) and constructs IA-infused mocks, following the NLA model.
The notebook IA_validation then reads these ellipticities, compute the angular Cls by using pymaster and compares the results to the theoretical angular power spectra obtained with CCL.
