Missing '$OFFER_POLICY' in example file-transfer-multiple-instances #35

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the steps outlined in the file-transfer-multiple-instances example, and in step 5 there is an undefined variable $OFFER_POLICY. What should this variable be set to?

I got it to work now by setting the variable to the contract ID from the previous step. But still I think the instructions as they are online currently are not functional
