<ref> in <wit> and <witDetail> not generating link, as it does in <note> #25

<ref> in <note> successfully generates a link to items in the bibliography (at least in the app at the bottom of the page, not in the app windows), but <ref> in <wit> or <witDetail> does not generate an active link.
