Raising up a Month Structure #26

@SavannahRicks : Task! Open a new branch for raising the months. Wrap <div> elements around the months, and carefully and read them in the file as you go. Check the journal MS as needed for strange loopings/entangling of dates. Note example in the file for creating an @xml:id that defines the month in a human-readable yet predictably machine-readable way.
