TEI Header Updating issues

• [ ] Our TEI header currently represents our work as a transcription of the typescript, but we have been returning the handwritten journal at the BL to represent it more faithfully. Update the TEI Header to reflect this.
• [ ] Contact the British Library to find out what's okay / how to represent them in a published HTML edition of the journal. (Maybe they'll link to us from the BL!)
  • [ ] See related issue on Yale/Beinecke permissions for Hofland letters
• [ ] As with all TEI headers in the project, this needs to be updated to post Greensburg.
