Hi Julien, I just reviewed the incremental build code, it was broken, the same mistake I made back in May, I did not test the build from a clean state. I have just added a change that fixes it - 9e01229 Best wishes, Mark

Most of these changes have been implemented, fixed or are now irrelevant now that we build with Maven
