When you open one of the name-based facets, such as "Subject," there's some issues with alphabetical order. It seems that all of the words with capital letters come before the remaining words that begin with the same letter. In some cases, there are also terms that seem to be out of order (see "AIDS Walk Philly," for example). Maybe it's a small issue?
