Require PGPy pull request 467 #75

Fixes #74.
Of course the ideal situation is that https://github.com/SecurityInnovation/PGPy/pull/467 get's merged and released as 0.6.1, for now maybe reference the PR?

Thank you for finding this issue and for proposing a fix. We think the proposed fix in the PGPy library is the correct way to resolve the hanging issue. While it would be preferable to have the fix be included in a new version of the library we feel the fix is serious enough to add your proposed fix this way and update again once a new release is made for the PGPy library.
