GOODBYE MESSAGES:
Whenever ANYONE (including 0 access users) leaves the chat channel the bot 
types out to 
everyone in the channel where they went.

Example:  (Jerry leaves channel to a game called "CHICKEN FINGERS.") The bot 
should see this 
happen, and type to the public: "Jerry has joined the game: CHICKEN FINGERS.

CUSTOM COMMANDS:
Self explanatory
You type to create the command. !createcommand (what to type infront of 
trigger) (bots reaction)

Example: !createcommand chicken PIMP NASTY FUNKY CHICKEN!!
Then, whenever someone types: "!chicken" bot responds "PIMP NASTY FUNKY 
CHICKEN!!"

There should be an access setting for Custom Commands, as well.

Ex. !createcommand 15 chicken etc.
