Added placeholder sign-in, search and discover pages as in screenshots below:

1) Added consistent colors with home screen
2) Included functional sign out button in profile page
3) Added user object to user context and used this to populate the user related info in profile page

1) padding above get cooking button
2) colours of accepted/pending/rejected list item background to match colour scheme in new pages
