Fix scaling issue on high resolution displays #1

Elements in the debug window (to the right) is lower resolution and blurrier, than the IDE window (to the left)

Seems to be fixed by uncommenting dpiAware in the app.manifest. According to this documentation there still needs to adjust another thing, but it seems to work fine without tho. just leaving this in case it comes back to bite us in the ass.
