added cheatsheet #1

Based on feedback from @judy2k from Django Girls Amsterdam, I've added a couple of cheatsheets for things we may need to do a few times during the workshop, which people had to keep searching back in the tutorial for (activate virtual env, git and heroku commands etc)

I think this is a great idea, thanks for taking the time to do it!

I have a question about how it renders though: when I view the markdown files in github, they look pretty strange. Is that how they're supposed to look?

I'll get those fixed up today, thanks for comments. I had problems with the markdown in github too - I wrote the files locally and they looked fine (I exported to PDF too), but github mangles them.
