What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. trying to put the TargetID Name Text Size to the "big" one

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file "TargetID__BIG.res" named in the procedure isn't there. instead I see 
some "old" but its unclear if those could be used.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version download of the hud, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
