With new Chromium builds, Minimizetotray does not work unless de-activated then re-activated #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 141*** builds of Chromium from 
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?pa
th=Win/
2. Install minimizetotray
3. Close Chromium, re-open. Minimizetotray no longer works unless you go to 
Tools > Extensions, uncheck 'Enabled' then re-check Enabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is expected that minimizetotray will work without having to disable it and 
then re-activate it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chromium 21.0.1170.0 (Developer Build 141360 W)

Please provide any additional information below.

This extension used to work perfectly. Now it only works if I disable/renable 
it, and then it only works until the browser is closed; I have to re-do it on 
the next browser start. It should start automatically.
