Refs #1017: we currently track an Attachment LDTWebViewController view as campaign/:campaign_id/attachment -- once we have Attachment id exposed in https://github.com/DoSomething/phoenix/issues/6479, update the tracking to campaign/:campaign_id/attachment/:attachment_id
