Describe the bug The enhanced DICOM echo number is stored in (0021,1106) but the last value varies per acquisition (which generates duplicate bidsmap entries

Solved by removing the private (0021,1106) field altogether (and adding a hack for read echonumbers, see commit 6ae7e7cf3b0b4e7a2ef0241817c7e1181a977b8e)
