Add Ultimaker Original Plus #15

Fullname: Ultimaker Original Plus Settings same as regular Ultimaker but with heated bed. In the start gcode, first heatup bed, then nozzle. (Otherwise the nozzle stays at 230 for 5+ minutes without extrusion.)
