Reset Breaks Functionality

Upon resetting the graph, the following functionality issues occur:

• The user can no longer drag vertices
• The scale slider no longer affects the graph
• The repulsion strength slider no longer affects the graph

This functionality resumes once the user adds a vertex. There are no errors thrown.

Not only does reset break the functionality in this way, but so too does loading in a new graph from local memory.
