Proposed improvements to RepoToTextForLLMs

Hello,

I have been working with RepoToTextForLLLMs and I have made some improvements that I would like to share:

1. multi-branch support: now the script can download and process all branches from a repository (user can choose).
2. Better handling of binary and large files: Detection and handling of these types of files has been improved.

There are some additional issues that I have identified but have not yet implemented:

• The progress bar currently shows progress by branch, resulting in infrequent updates for repositories with few branches.
• It would be beneficial to implement a system to reference identical files between branches, avoiding duplication and saving tokens.

I would be happy to discuss these improvements and possible future collaborations.
