Proofread Campaign Texts #122

Main Effort: Went through every campaign and fixed all of the most obvious spelling and grammatical errors in both the mission files, and event files. Each is divided into its own commit (can squash if need be).

Additional changes:

Found and fixed a few extra errors in the Unit Ref.
Fixed typos in Help files.
Fixed a typo in Readme.md (plus removed trailing whitespace)

All spelling standardized to US English (as per previous request).

Happy to help. These are mostly just the simple spelling errors that my editor's somewhat lackluster spell-checker can pick up, as well as a few grammatical errors that I can see with my own eyes. At some point in the future, I might put every text file I can through a proper word processor to see if that picks up anything else. Could be tedious, but worth it for a bit of extra polish.
