My current workflow is:

Fix all so that unshipped.txt is populated.
When releasing:
- Clear both shipped and unshipped.
- Fix all
- Copy from unshipped to shipped

Pretty sure this is not the best way 😄

I think that might be the best way actually, at least until it's possible to add refactorings to Additional Files.
