Experimental refactor #57

This PR unifies the RDR3 and GTA5 native databases into one app, and making it possible to add more in the future.

The design is far from perfect, but I'm not really sure what to do with it. I'll probably merge it as is, and refine it in the future.

Leaving this open for a bit in case people want to share their opinions. There should be a link in the comments to a live version of the branch.

I closed it because I realized I'd have to rework a bunch of stuff before this would actually work with cloudflare pages/digital ocean apps. I also have very little time at the moment because I'm graduating this semester.
