Python apps have different behavior #569

When you open Emesene, i see all of its menus, but none of them have
actions when I click it.

If I open PlayOnLinux, I see 'python' as its name, but its menus have actions.

Both of them are python apps.

I've got emesene working fine with the menu, but MusicBrainz Picard has it's 
own menu.
