Scrolling Unresponsive #27

Scrolling by hovernig becomes unresponsive and doesn't move at some points, and only occasionally occurs. I can't seem to find the steps to reproduce when this happens yet.

Fixed by ensuring the nextPage setter is synced with the current page before setting the next page.
