no worries and thank you for your solution :) The data cleaning and joining look great! I only had comments about the plots, and I think it's because I did not clarify that in my description properly.

For the first scatterplot, it would be better to plot average articulation rate vs final scores (instead of number of pauses). The second one does include final scores and the number of pauses, but the title does not say so :) Same goes for the first one of the 2D density plot, it should include final score and average articulation rate instead of articulation rate and number of pauses.
