Describe the bug weather forecast on DRIVE does not match in-game HUD

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Just drive with high randomness
  2. See error

Expected behaviour A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

ACC DRIVE version:

Additional context I logged out of the server and logged in again, same thing. Offline server is tricky because you cannot force weather changes
