How to set conditions?

Conditions are only applied in the rendered form, are you saying when conditions were met the result was not applied?

Can you describe steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi @kevinchappell,

for me it is only working with text input types. As soon as I am using something else like radio button or select it is not working as shown in the attached screenshot below.

I guess I am doing something wrong.....
