Unable to create a control in Formeo like inputSets in formbuilder,

I need a custom-control in which we can group multiple controls. following are screen show what we want to achieve in one control , We find only the way by which we can create a custom control, but we are unable to make a set of control and add it in control list,

I tried same thing with formbuilder, I am able to achieve same thing using inputSets, but with formeo we are unable to active that thing, if any one implemented the same with formeo please share process to achieve the same,, Any help will be appreciated.
