This is simply not possible, as "an entire language" can be anything from a google document, excel sheet or a bunch of scribbles.
If this feature was to be implemented, you would have to give your conlang a specific format processable by the program, at which point it is easier to create a new PG project and fill it in manually.
I understand if this is too big a project, but what I meant by existing language was a real world language you could find on Google translate, I was specifically thinking of Hebrew, but something that could be used with any base language.
Ah, my misunderstanding. While the idea is certainly interesting, it is way beyond the scope of the project. Converting a natlang would be long, messy and lossy.
I would GREATLY enjoy a feature that allowed me to import an entire existing language along with its grammar and everything, and then using PolyGlot to make changes to it. Stuff like substitute certain sounds, switch out characters, add new words that fit the new conlang, etc. This is a feature that I want but NO one has ANYTHING like this.
