Split main interface #155

The main PolyGlot interface window is a goddamned mess. At very least, every tab should be removed, allowing the lexicon to stand alone as the primary window that pops up. This will make it more suitable as a distribution method for conlangs.

This was split into multiple separate tickets. All but the top level menu have been completed. Closing this as redundant.
