Various kCauldron / CraftBukkit incompatibilities:

The following issues are frequently reported by players on kCauldron or CraftBukkit hosted Simply Magic servers:

• Witchery Death Protection Poppets fail to protect from death (but are used up!) and consequently cannot be used to perform Witchery Self Infusion successfully.
• Players need to pick up the Ars Magica compendium after death to re-register with Ars Magica that they have spell levels.
• If players do not re-register with Ars Magica before changing dimensions, their spell levels are reset to 0.
• Thaumic Horizons Self Infusions go missing - presumably also on dimension change, but can be wiped off by potion effects.
• Damage bypasses Thaumcrafts runic protection, in fact the player takes damage as though no armor is worn while "protected" by runic protection.
• The Runed Tablet in Outerlands dungeons frequently has despawned before the players find the Tablet chamber.
• The alternative golemancers bell recipe creates a Quadrum item that does not work, as it attempts to execute commands that it does not have permissions for / do not exist on servers.

Unfortunately we are beyond 1.7.10 and issues posed my bukkit/sponge and the like, more then likely can't be fixed by us even if we wanted to. Unless a mod update is all that is needed

I do not, at this point, expect fixes to issues in a 1.7.10 pack, especially as Simply Magic 2 is a work in progress. It seems valuable to document these issues somewhere so that current players and server operators can see why things aren't working, and if there are any known workarounds someone might see fit to post them here. Also, maybe these bugs still exist in 1.10+
