Starts out too zoomed in, can't switch to window mode with Thinker AI #31

  1. On Windows 10, I have a 1920x1080 resolution laptop with Intel 620 UHD. Starting with PRACX, I get a zoomed in logo seeing only the top-left quarter of the screen or so. I can't even see the menu buttons. The 'solution' is to switch to windowed mode with alt-enter, and then to maximize the window.
  2. Thinker AI's terranx_mod.exe, after patching, exhibits the same symptoms. However, it also doesn't respond to alt-enter, making it impossible to switch to windowed mode. Switching to windowed mode in the thinker config file doesn't seem to have any effect.

I had this issue as well. For me it turned out to be due to having my screen set to 150% DPI. I was able to get around the problem by right-clicking terranx_mod.exe and going to Properties -> Compatibility -> Change high DPI settings and checking the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and selecting the scaling to be performed by Application.

Thank you! It's amazing, I've had this with other games and I never remember this solution.

One more issue I'm having now is that my mouse wheel isn't zooming in, but rather, moving units up and down. Any idea what that could be?

I'm having this exact same problem. Mouse drag also not working Installed it over scient's and thinker's patches

EDIT: Confirmed that the issue is only present using Thinker's Patch (terranx_mod.exe).
