Publish in AppCenter #19

AppCenter Dashboard is now open to the public. You should get your app published in AppCenter :)

I did some modifications to get the app ready for the app center. Unfortunately I just discovered that stripe doesn't support Greece. I'm going release it through the app center as a free option but stripe has a very small list of countries outside USA. I think there should be an alternative service in order to support developers all around the world.
