(trashed) Fmod intigration build

Tried something and it didn't work - oh well atleast I learned something! Reasons why this was trashed (aka cancelled):

• Too much of a hassle to get working (lack of documentation, implementation, etc
• A little sketchy (kept asking for firewall)
• Imperior sound quality (the sounds greatly suffer quality loss)
