feat: add setting to set title as alias in children/siblings

Context

• ZK prefixes can be noisy, and adding alias makes linking easier and notes cleaner

Solution

• add setting to enable aliases created
• add title as alias in child/sibling frontmatter
• add setting to enable title alias in parent file link

@Eforen pushed a lil update to make the created link alias and frontmatter alias independent options (more customizable, and doesn't force frontmatter)

Also used the FileManager.processFrontMatter API on the created file rather than editing content (more durable this way if frontmatter already exists)

This adds the bug Insert Zettel Link does not support aliases lets create an issue about that and resolve it now that we are supporting aliases
