Crash report from Dynamo 2.12.0.5650 #12630

Issue Description

Please fill in the following information to help us reproduce the issue:

Dynamo version

Dynamo: 2.12.0.5650

Operating system

OS: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19044.0

What did you do?

Right click sub-menu

What did you expect to see?

Right click sub-menu

What did you see instead?

Right click sub-menu always opening in left side (arrow points to right side!) and closing if pointer moving slowly. Please fix this annoying UI bug that's been there for decades.
