Failur All Elements of Category with the category TextNotes (Notizen) on german revit clients #1626

Dynamo version

Dynamo 1.2.3 Dynamo 1.2.1

Revit version

Revit 2016 German and English Revit 2017 German and English

Operating system

Windows 10

What did you do?

Tried to get all Elements of Categories TextNotes with the node "Categories"-"All Elenents of Category"-"Watch". First i tried this with the english version of revit and second with the german version of revit.

What did you expect to see?

A list of all Textnotes in the project.

What did you see instead?

All tests with the english Revit did not result in a failur but all tests with the german revit did output "null" and a failur message on the node "All Elements of Category". Failur in german was: Warnung: ElementQueries.OfCategory fehlgeschlagen. Translation is: Waning: ElementQieroes.OfCategory operation failed.

Also tried it with Dynamo 0.9.3. There its working and someone in the Dynamoforum said its working with 1.0.0 to.

Not working with Dynamo 1.3 either.

Workaround

Someone in the team needs to launch an english Revit - open the project - run the scripts - sync and save - close english Revit - start working again with german Revit.

Possibly related: The same thing is happening (also German locale) when using All Elements of Type to retrieve TextElement objects resulting in a similar warning: Warning: ElementQueries.OfElementType failed

There is definitely something off about TextNotes. When selecting a TextNote using the Select Model Element node, I also get a warning: Warning:ElementSelector.ByUniqueId failed. Also, creating text notes throws a warning: #1664 (not sure if this related, though)

Hi, I received same warning message in Revit 2018.2 Japanese and Dynamo 1.3.2.

Same problem on the french version revit 2018.3 and dynamo 1.3.2
