Executable Will Not Launch if SteamVR is Already Running #3

Trying to figure out how to actually use this program. If I start steamVR then try to run the VRCSkeletalHands.exe, nothing happens. Run as admin, nothing happens.

If I run the program before launching steamVR, I get the GUI and controllers not connected prompt. Start steamVR and turn on controllers, everything tracks in the program fine. Put on the headset and am told steam is disabled and no bindings can be found. Essentially breaks all means of setting bindings (so it can't be used in any game since no buttons are mapped anymore)

If I try to start both at the same time it crashes steamVR.

Hi, can i just ask a few questions about how you set it up?

  1. When extracting the zip did you move any files around?
  2. Did you extract all files from the zip?
  3. What OS are you using?
  4. If you get any error messages or crash messages what are they?
