What is the bug? I can't upgrade the ivs of a pokèmon

What are the steps to reproduce the bug? Just simply do / upgrade 1 HP -c

What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? Latest Pixelmon Generations 8.6.1 and I have tried many versions of forge, it does it with all of them

Isn't a bug, was fixed though on the discord via tickets.
