1 year ago Just noting here, Sumstats methods page https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/methods/summary-statistics does not need releasing ahead of time because it's focused on the harmonisation and use of sumstats rather than anything that submitters need to know.

We need a new location for sumstats documentation, so the old and new documentation can be made available in parallel.
The new urls should be in the format https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/gwas-ssf/
Here is a list of the document pages that need adding:
Format & validate https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/gwas-ssf/summary-statistics-format
Sumstats only form https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/gwas-ssf/submission-summary-statistics
Sumstats + metadata form https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/gwas-ssf/submission-summary-statistics-plus-metadata
We can then copy and paste the markup from the old pages.
