Update ancestry category classification to match recent publication #6

There are a few discrepancies between ancestro v1.0 and the information in the recent GWAS Catalog Ancestry paper (https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-018-1396-2). We will refactor ANCESTRO to match the information in the paper as this is based on an indepth analysis of recent scientific findings on ancestry categorisation
