Deploy EC client in EKS with 213 #189

Creating this on behalf of ops team. Here are the information shared -

EC Client is deployed in EKS only with 212 and need to change it to 213
Update the deployment spec with other helm versions

agentRev is the property to customize the agent version in EKS environment. It is being used for gateway configuration, but missed for client configuration.

Note: Identified team is using the custom URL for 213 binary instead of decrypting with hash
