Updated About Us Page #3

I changed the about us page from .md to HTML to give some more flexibility. Updated the font-awesome lib from 4.3 to 4.4 included animate.css lib created a folder /assets/execs with pictures for the about us page Changed the "note" part of the Iron Ring page, request by Dilani

The merge issue is due to the Iron ring page commit yesterday mad by Chuck, I forgot to sync the repos sorry :pensive:

I closed the pull request by accepting, but please do look into how to do things with Jekyll. The HTML changes you made are fairly straightforward, but maybe Jekyll will need a plug-in?

I have no idea.

But I do know that having varying code bases can be an absolute pain to maintain, so minimizing the mixing and matching is preferable.
