CUVID unavailable #458

Describe the issue you're having:
Suddenly hard acceleration with CUVID is shown as unavailable

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV: 0.61.2 (64bit)
nvd3dum.dll (9.18.13.3523 - nVIDIA ForceWare 335.23)

Please provide any additional information below.
It was definitely available and enabled with 8bit files "before"

If it says unavailable, then it fails to load the driver. You should try to 
reinstall it.

Confirming that a simple restart helped, most likely gpu drivers were updated 
some time ago and nvidia no longer requires a restart to be made.
