Password reset does not work #491

I would like to have my password reset by EDSM. When I request the reset, I don't get an email. What can I do? My email address is known to EDSM.

Thanks for the quick reply and your effort. Unfortunately my english is very bad. My in-game name is "Mac_Lane". Maybe this will help further to identify my account.
