I'd prefer to leave these as is. The text varies in length, so that when it's a longer line that breaks into 3 lines, center aligning with the checkbox looks really bad. This is the best option.

Cool, in that case we should still fix the minor css bug where the bottom of the check boxes are cut off on mobile (see screenshot).
