Personalise GFF source field in the output #17

This might be important for visualising in browsers such as e.g. Apollo. Nothing a sed cannot solve, so very low priority, but it would be a nice feature to have.

Functionality added in the develop branch to the junction analyser and junction filtering tools. Will be in next release.
